Fat Burning HIIT Cardio Workout and weight loss can be fun if you add something you like to the daily workout. If you like to dance you can do that. This is a great exercise and can be real fun too. The more you train the more weight you will lose. Fat burning HIIT cardio workout is high intensity interval training and can be done without any equipments.
If you go and join a gym you can sign up for spin classes or zumba classes and have real fun with many more people around you. This is a very social way to work out. With HIIT you can do almost everything just do it very fast and effective when you do it.
You can walk quick around the neighbourhood, run up a little hill and walk down several times. We can do it nice and easy or fast and spectacular. Anyway you will see results fast anyway you do it. Or as NiKe says it “Just do it”.
15 to 20 minutes is all it takes.
If you do high intensity interval training your body burns fat several hours after your training has stoped. This is a very good thing. When you do normal training your body burns fat when you are training however when you are finished training your body relaxes and restitution starts very early.
Do at least 15 to 20 minutes of HIIT as often as you seams fit to do it. Some days might be a bit stressful and other reasons to skip training nevertheless your body want it and you will enjoy it more these days.
